I am a self-employed professionals who pay rent, purchase my own supplies, and rely entirely on booked appointments for my income. I am committed to creating a respectful and welcoming environment, and mutual respect is essential. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Effective immediately, the following applies to all bookings:
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 5
0% charge of the service fee. Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend (no-shows) will incur a 100% charge of the service fee. Appointments are reserved specifically for you and must be treated as firm commitments. Rescheduling & Appointment Changes
Rescheduling is discouraged and should not be considered routine. Frequent date changes impact my ability to offer availability to other clients. Any fees that apply to cancellations also apply to rescheduled appointments. If an appointment is moved more than once, we reserve the right to:
Require a non-refundable booking fee or deposit
Restrict advance bookings
Release the slot to my waiting list
Advance Booking Policy
When you book several weeks in advance, that time is reserved exclusively for you. In many cases, I turn away other clients requesting that slot. To ensure fairness:
Appointments booked more than 3 weeks in advance may be rescheduled once without charge (with more than 48 hours’ notice). Any further date changes will require a deposit to secure future appointments. Repeated rescheduling of advance bookings (even outside the 48-hour window) may require a deposit. Clients who regularly move appointments within 3–5 days of their booking may be asked to:

Join the waiting list instead of booking far in advance. Booking Fees & Deposits
All booking fees must be paid within 24 hours to secure your slot. If the booking fee is not paid within 24 hours, the appointment will be cancelled. Booking fees and deposits are non-refundable and help ensure commitment to your reserved time. Why This Matters
As a small business, my time is my income. When an appointment is booked,
I commit that time to you, and I cannot easily resell it at short notice. Frequent changes affect my ability to serve all clients fairly. Understanding & Communication
