Say hello to our ✨Greatest Loser 2023✨ Adam Henley, who has lost half his body weight and is ready to celebrate his 50th in style 👑💖.
After struggling with his weight since childhood, Adam knew his eating habits were spiralling out of control… it was time for a change! He joined his local group and quickly got to grips with the flexibility of our healthy eating plan, Food Optimising.
Changing his mindset around food, he went on to lose an incredible 18st 8lbs and is looking forward to the future.
