I just wanted to pop a little update on here regarding appointments.

As most of you know, I work around my children and try my absolute best to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. Unfortunately, missed appointments without notice are really starting to impact my working time and income.

Going forward, if an appointment is missed without any notice, the full cost of that appointment will need to be paid before booking in again.

I completely understand that life happens and emergencies come up — just a quick message is always appreciated and makes a huge difference.
