Good gloomy Monday.
Even though it's a gloomy day. It's still sunshine and smiles over here 🌞😄.
I have a little announcement to make. It's spooky season for all you lovers of Halloween. I'll be at an event in the community offering taster sessions.

Did someone say hot stones?? 🔥🪨
I did 🙋♀️.
With the weather getting colder, this treatment is so relaxing, paired with the heat from the stones melts away tension and stress. Perfect for anyone who tends to feel the cold more, ( I am one of these people).
The stones are called basalt stones. They are formed from magnesium and iron rich lava that has cooled around the Earth's surface. Since they are formed from volcanic rock, they retain heat really well. ( I have burned my self once or twice 🙈)
Maybe I should change the name? And go for "cooled lava massage"? Which one has a better ring to it ? 😂

With Autumn arriving in her magnificent glory with the leaves changing colours and falling to the ground. 🍁🍂 the cold freshness of the morning breeze. 🌬 It's exciting to see the change in season. As a summer girlie through and through I can start to feel my body starting to slow down ready to hibernate throughout the winter. I'm sure some of you can't wait for winter, after the scorching summer we had, and I know you'll still be wearing your shorts and sliders as well, yes I'm talking to you 😜.
