A little note to say… 💖

Thank you so much to all my lovely clients. Your loyalty honestly means the world to me, and I’m so grateful for how busy you continue to keep me.

Lately I’ve found myself working 7 days a week, including late nights, trying my best to fit everyone in, and I’ve realised it’s just not sustainable. I love my job and I love looking after you all, but I need to start finding a healthier balance between work and family life.

At the moment, my regular hairdressing diary is at full capacity, so unfortunately I’m unable to take on any new clients for my usual cutting and colouring services.

I am still welcoming new clients for Mesh Integration and hair-loss services 💕 as this is a specialist area of my business that I’m continuing to grow.

Going forward, I need to be much stricter with my working hours and days off. Once my appointments are full, I unfortunately won’t be able to add extra slots, work additional days or squeeze appointments in.

I genuinely don’t ever want to lose any of my regular clients, so please try to book ahead where possible. Booking your next few appointments before leaving the salon is the best way to make sure you get the days and times that suit you.

And please know that if I ever have to say no to an appointment, it’s never because I don’t want to do your hair ❤️ I’m simply trying to look after myself a little more so that I can keep doing the job I love without burning myself out.

Thank you for keeping me so busy, for your loyalty over the years and, most importantly, for understanding. It really does mean more than you know.

✈️ HOLIDAY MODE ON! ☀️🇹🇷

I’m officially off on holiday from tomorrow until 1st September! 🥰

I’m heading to Turkey with my family and friends, where we’ll be celebrating one of my best friends getting married! 👰🏼‍♀️💍🥂 I honestly can’t wait! ❤️

I’ll be completely switching off from work while I’m away, so I won’t be replying to any messages until I’m home. I’ll get back to everyone once I’m back and back to work. 💕

💛 A Little Reminder 💛

Today I’ve been let down by another no-show, and if I’m honest, it’s really disheartening.

Over the last couple of months I’ve worked stupid hours, missed time with my husband and children, and done everything I can to fit clients in because I know how difficult it is to get an appointment. I’m currently fully booked until the end of September.

Today’s appointment was for a colour service that I’d reserved several hours for. That time now can’t be replaced, and someone else who has been waiting for an appointment could have had that slot.

I completely understand that emergencies happen and sometimes appointments need to be changed. All I ask is that you let me know as soon as you can. A simple message gives me the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone on my cancellation list.

Please remember that behind every small business is a real person trying to make a living while juggling family life. Your time is valuable, but so is mine.

Going forward, clients who repeatedly fail to attend appointments without notice may be asked to pay for missed appointments and/or pay in full before any future bookings are accepted.

To all of my wonderful clients who turn up, respect my time, and support my business every single week… thank you. I honestly appreciate every one of you. ❤️
