It’s here again 🤦‍♀️ … Blue Monday !!
The day that has been designated as the ‘most depressing’ day of the year … BUT …

🤔 Did you know … the day wasn’t the result of some psychological study by a reputable lab, but conducted by a travel company, who then fished around for a psychologist to put his name to it, to make it seem credible!

We've been sold a concept to purely push us towards booking those holidays to sunnier climates, spending money we wouldn't usually spend!

The Samaritans have offered us an alternative, more positive "☕️ Brew Monday☕️ " … encouraging us to make a cup of tea & have a chat with those we care about … now THAT is a day actually worth celebrating 🥳 AND one that won’t break the bank!
