Sports and Remedial Massage
Are your shoulders tight? Do you suffer from back pain? Is your neck stiff or are your legs sore? Have you considered a Sports and Remedial Massage?
Originally developed to treat athletes before and after competitions and training, sports massage is now recognised as a highly effective way to treat injuries and every day postural problems, so it’s not just for people who do sport!
It involves deep manipulation of the body’s soft tissues to correct imbalances that cause tension, discomfort and pain. It includes many advanced techniques not used in conventional massage to address both symptoms and the root cause of the problem.
Sports and Remedial Massage can: improve posture, reduce pain, promote better sleep, free up movement in joints, break down scar tissue, speed up recovery from injury or surgery, reduce tension and with regular sessions even prevent injury and pain occurring.
