My sister needed her hair doing before her holiday & the only free time I had was a Sunday morning (must be sisterly love)
Thankfully all it took was less that 20 foils a global gloss & baby trim the only kind of Sunday appointment I’m doing 🤣
Let this be your reminder sometimes less is more STOP over foiling. Gone are the days of a full half or t-section foil it’s all about placing colour where it’s needed to create the most impact.
Since I’ve been working like this not only has it saved me time behind the chair but it’s created more bespoke & luxury results for my clients ✨

Hairdressers have you noticed the shift ?
I’ve been in this industry way back when it was expected of us to turn up to work with a full face of make up on, hair styled to perfection & all black work attire.
I’m personally here for the shift of now not feeling the pressure to show up so polished to work but I’m curious what you all think ?
Clients what’s your thoughts does it matter to you what your hairdresser wears & how they show up ?
Would it stop you booking with someone if they showed up to work with a messy bun in active wear?
No right or wrong answers I’m just curious 🧐

✨Hairdressers it’s 2026 ….
Why on earth are we still destroying every item of clothing we own with bleach & colour ?
Binning the new favourite top we brought after only one day as it’s got your last clients colour all over it ?
I was so sick of this happening that last year I went on a mission to find some new cute work fits that would survive a day behind the chair.
thelabel more than delivered 👏
I can’t tell you how amazing it is to be able to wear nice outfits & not worry about the aftermath of a 12hr day wiped across them 😂
I love them so much that when asked me to be a brand ambassador I jumped at the chance to support such an incredible brand 🫶🏻
