BARBELL CIRCUIT CLUB - WEEK 5 ๐ฅ
Bench press week came back stronger ๐๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
This session was all about:
๐ช Building upper body strength
๐ฅ More confidence under the bar
โก Pushing heavier weights with solid technique
And then finishing with a spicy upper body Metcon burner ๐ฎโ๐ฅ
The progress across this block has been unreal to watch - stronger lifts, more confidence, and such a good team atmosphere every Saturday ๐

Back squat week returnedโฆ and the progress was unreal!
More confidence.
More control.
More weight on the bar!
This week was all about building strong foundations and pushing outside comfort zones, and everyone stepped up.
We then finished with a spicy 12-min Metcon!
Squats, toes to bar and cardio calories!
Halfway through the block already and the energy every Saturday keeps getting better ๐
