Six years ago today, we reopened our doors after being closed for four months due to COVID.

It was an uncertain time, but thanks to the incredible support of our customers, friends, and community, we made it through. We’re so grateful to everyone who stood by us then and continues to support us today.

Ellie, along with her cousins Megan and Georgia, will be taking part in this year’s Clarendon Way Marathon Walk in support of Naomi House & Jacksplace.

Starting at Salisbury cathedral and walking 26 miles to Wi******er cathedral on Sunday 7th June.

They would be incredibly grateful for any donation, no matter how small, to help this wonderful charity continue its vital work supporting seriously ill children, young adults, and their families.

🖤🤍 Understanding hair level tones 🤍🖤

Hair level tones are used to classify natural or colored hair from the darkest to the lightest shades. This scale helps better understand the result of a hair coloring or lightening process.

🖤Level 1 to 3: very dark tones
These levels correspond to black and very dark brown hair. When lightened, the underlying pigments often reveal red or very deep red undertones.

🖤Level 4 to 5: brown and light brown
The hair gradually becomes lighter. When lightened, natural pigments often reveal red or red-orange undertones.

🖤Level 6 to 7: dark blonde to light blonde
These levels feature brighter tones. The undertones that appear during bleaching are usually orange or orange-yellow.

🖤Level 8 to 10: blonde to very light blonde
The hair becomes significantly lighter, and the underlying pigments shift toward yellow or very pale yellow. At these levels, toning or care treatments are often applied to neutralize unwanted reflections.

🖤Level 11: extra light blonde
This is an extremely light level, often achieved after significant lightening.
Natural undertones are very pale and close to very light yellow.

Understanding hair level tones helps anticipate the undertones that appear during coloring and achieve a more harmonious and controlled result.
