A strong numbing cream is applied to keep you as comfortable as possible. The treatment usually takes around 30–45 minutes

Swelling is completely normal, and your lips may feel a little firm or uneven while the filler settles

Everyone heals differently, some people have very little swelling, while others may bruise more easily. This usually improves over the first few days.
