"Deeper" doesn't always mean "better." 🤍
One of the biggest misconceptions about microneedling is that the deeper the needles, the better the results.
The truth? It isn't about chasing depth it's about treating the skin intelligently.
Every client's skin is different. Skin thickness, sensitivity, treatment goals, and even the area being treated all determine the appropriate depth. Some clients will achieve the perfect clinical endpoint with a shallower setting, while others may require more.
What we're looking for is a controlled inflammatory response that healthy redness tells us the skin has been stimulated and is beginning the process of collagen production.
More depth than necessary doesn't automatically mean more collagen. It can simply mean more trauma, a longer recovery, and an increased risk of complications.

✨ Before your appointment... here's what we can (and can't) say yes to. ✨
At our clinic, your safety will always come before everything else. While some things are absolutely fine, others mean we'll need to postpone your treatment.
We can work around:
✨ Makeup – Arrive exactly as you are. We'll gently cleanse the treatment area before we begin.
☕ Caffeine – Your morning coffee isn't a deal-breaker. It may increase the likelihood of mild bruising or swelling, but it's something we can usually manage.
However, there are three non-negotiables:
🚫 Antibiotics – If you're taking antibiotics, your body is already fighting an infection. We want you fully recovered before carrying out any aesthetic treatment.
🚫 Active cold sores – Treatment can aggravate the virus, increase the risk of spreading it, and compromise your results.
🚫 Pregnancy – Although there is no evidence that injectable aesthetic treatments are safe during pregnancy, your wellbeing and your baby's safety will always come first. We'll look forward to welcoming you once it's safe to do so.
