A busy Wednesday capped off having Carter in for some work. 💆🏻‍♂️

Between hard sessions on the body 🏋️ & bike 🏍️ Carter was in need of some work. 💆

Rubbed out ✋ Reset 🤝 Refreshed 🙌

Leaving Carter looser , fresher & more freely moving. A pleasure to be of assistance. 👌🏻

It was good to have Brian in this evening. 💆🏻‍♂️

A manual labour job 👷‍♂️ & plenty of physical activity on the motocross course 🏍️
we got some hands on work breaking down the tight muscular knots. 🪢

Allowing Brian to move more freely as well as feeling lighter & more energised. 💪🏻💥

It was good to have Blake in this evening. 💆🏻‍♂️

Struggling with range of motion when playing golf 🏌️‍♂️ & a hard manual labour job 👷‍♂️ we got some dry needling 💉 & deep tissue work. ✋ into Blake’s lower q.l & lats.

Enabling him to move a lot more freely and concentrate on his game ⛳️ & work 👷‍♂️without distraction & discomfort. 🙂

Gillian stopped by for a session this afternoon. 💆‍♀️

Suffering with some tightness in her calf’s 🦵🏻 we used the dry needling 💉 to break down the tightly knotted areas. 🪢 finishing of with a good flush of the legs. 💦

Enabling Gillian to move a lot more freely without any of the previous discomfort. 🙌🏻

Wednesdays sessions kicked off having Noah in 💆🏻‍♂️ fresh of multiple Foyle cup 🏆 games. ⚽️

We got some hands on work breaking down the calfs/hamstrings & quads. 🦵🏻 with a good flush & loosner. 🙌🏻

Enabling Noah to push on again with his training & match days ahead. 👊🏻 💥

Letting the hair down 🍻 & giving the hands a rest ✋🏻 attending the wedding of Bethany & Jen today. 👰🏻👰🏻‍♀️
