3 things I’ve learned about my skin over the years… 😊

My skin changes!

What it loved a few years ago isn’t necessarily what it wants now. I’ve definitely noticed changes as I’ve got older, so I’ve learnt to listen to my skin rather than just stick with the same routine forever. 💚

☀️ SPF isn’t just for holidays
This one I wish I’d taken more seriously about 30 years ago! 😂 Now SPF is something I don’t want to skip.

💧 Consistency beats having loads of products
I love skincare (obviously 😂) but I don’t think you need a bathroom full of products that you don’t use. Finding products that work for you and actually using them consistently makes much more sense.🫣

And after all these years, I’m still learning what my skin likes and trying new things along the way. ❤️

And yes… a glass of vino in the garden is still allowed! 🍷😂

Looking after your skin is important, but so is enjoying your life.🥰
