This treatment lasts up to 6-8 weeks following correct aftercare. Patch test must be carried out 24 hours before treatment and a deposit is required.

From today, I will be putting a cancellation policy in place and all bookings from any new clients will now require a 50% deposit when making an appointment. A secure payment link will be sent before booking and I won't be accepting any appointments until a deposit has been paid.

I’m sure like most, I too have rent to pay for, products to buy and re-stock etc, this is my business and have been let down a fair few times in the past couple of weeks, therefore losing income.

Your deposit will be taken off any treatment on the day and you will only be required to pay the remaining amount (e.g. a £20 treatment will require £10 deposit, and £10 to pay on the day.)

Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or just no-show, you will not receive a full refund of your deposit.
