I love this time to myself in the morning, listening to the birds as the world slowly wakes up.

For me I’m working today with some lovely clients then tonight we have our t’ai chi class @ 7pm. Will fit my walk 🚶‍♀️ in somewhere also.

I’m not gonna lie I have been very lazy on the walking front recently, all the excuses - I’m running late, don’t have the energy etc etc it’s easy to make the excuses, this is why I’m so grateful I’m doing this 10 day walking challenge. Also because I have to as it’s part of my course 😆🤔
I am loving being outside, walking in places I wouldn’t normally walk in and getting to see things in nature I wouldn’t typically see.
The weather of course has been very helpful ☀️
Doing this challenge is pushing me out of my comfort zone big time however the older I become the more I realise I care less and less about other peoples opinions. It’s very freeing! ☺️

If you see me wandering about town doing this don’t worry I’m ok 😆

No yoga for 2 weeks but all Fiona’s classes on as usual 🩵😌

Blessed to hold ceremony on Sunday for a lovely group of ladies, there is something truly wonderful when we come together in circle, in a world that pulls us in so my directions the chance to pause, to go within and reset is a gift. 🍁🧡🍂
