life update 🤍
I’ve been pretty quiet on here lately, and I just wanted to be honest and share why.
The past few months haven’t been easy. My physical and mental health have both been really hard, and it’s taken a lot out of me. Life has been pushing lately, and I’ve had to slow down and prioritise looking after myself.
BUT… in the middle of all of that, I’ve been working on something that genuinely makes me so happy.
If you know me, you’ll know I’m part of Arbroath Musical Society, and this year we’re doing Beauty and the Beast from 11th–14th February ✨�I was kindly asked to help lead the makeup for our ensemble — villagers and enchanted objects — and I was also asked to do Belle’s makeup.
And honestly… this is huge for me. This is exactly what I want to do.
Alongside this, I’ve been putting a lot of love into building my own makeup business and slowly taking on clients in a way that respects my health. I want to do something that doesn’t push my body past its limits but still lets me create, work, and feel proud of what I’m building.
