A little reminder about appointments 🤍

When you book an appointment with my small business, that time is reserved especially for you. I completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change — I’m always happy to be as understanding as possible.

However, frequent cancellations, last-minute changes or no-shows have a much bigger impact on a small business than you may realise. That time could have been offered to another client, and when an appointment is cancelled at short notice, it’s often impossible to fill the space.

I put a lot of time, preparation and care into every appointment, so I kindly ask that you value and respect your booking in the same way that I value your custom. 💕

If you need to change or cancel, please give as much notice as possible. It really does make a difference and allows me to offer the appointment to someone else without having to spend my days off trying to fill the space.

I would much rather continue trusting my clients to attend their appointments without requiring payment upfront. However, if cancellations, last-minute changes or no-shows continue, I may have to introduce deposits or full payment in advance to protect my time and small business.

My cancellation policy is less than 24 hours notice 100% of the appointment be paid.

48 hours notice - 50% be paid.
