Update to opening hours -

There has been various requests about later appointment times so with immediate effect we will have two late nights, opening until 8pm.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday will be 9.30-5.30pm
Tuesday and Thursday will be 12-8pm.
We are also open on a Saturday 9-4pm.

Opening Day!

GSM Wellness is opening tomorrow at 9.30am!

Red light therapy.

A private 20 minute session with a full body panel that delivers 2 wavelengths of red light and 3 near infrared.

The red light works to help the surface of the body while the infrared penetrates deeper to ease inflammation and promote healing.

The device has just under 1000 LED lights and as the photo suggests it is incredibly bright. There will be protective eyewear provided for each session which will take place in a relaxed and quiet environment.

GSM Wellness will be opening on Monday 1st June.

Initially the two services on offer will be an infrared sauna for up to 4 people and full body red light therapy. The Cryotherapy chamber is due in early July and will be available to book soon after it arrives.

The website is up and running for both bookings and gift vouchers too.

A quick update on opening.

There has been a delay in the production of the cryotherapy chamber which is coming from over in 🇺🇸

The company have been in touch to confirm they hope to have it shipped in the next two weeks.

We should be in a position to open soon after it arrives and all the appropriate sign offs are in place.
