Compression Boots = Recovery for Everyone 🦵

Recovery isn’t just for athletes. Whether you’ve finished a tough gym session, worked 10 hours on a building site, stood behind a counter all day, or spent hours at a desk, your legs take a lot of stress.

Compression boots use dynamic air pressure to gently compress and release your legs in stages. This helps promote healthy circulation, reduce that heavy-leg feeling, and leave your legs feeling refreshed and recovered.

Perfect for:
🏃 Runners & athletes
🏋️ Gym-goers
👷 Labourers & tradespeople
💻 Office workers
👩‍⚕️ Nurses & healthcare staff
🛍️ Anyone on their feet all day
Take 60 minutes to reset your body and feel the difference.

Armagh I caught up with Tony Marshall from Muldrews Butchers, who have been a staple store on Markethill main street for over 100 years! 👏

Tony gave us some insight into how he finds trading in the village:

"Everybody knows everyone in the village, so we all have a strong connection to supporting each other and everyone wants the same thing which is to keep our independents here. The last thing we want to see is shutters down so I think we are all very conscious of supporting our own independents and keeping the village alive.

"I definitely get a lot of trade from surrounding areas and shops. I get weekly visitors from Keady, Newtown, Tandragee, Portadown and further afield so I really believe that Markethill is an attractive village for shoppers as you can park up and spend the day here.

"I actually think the parking is great as we have no restrictions really. If restrictions where in place it would impact trade.

"There is something that is a big miss to the town - the mart as it was great and drew people in from all over. It suited and worked at the time it was there, but the level of traffic in the village now could be an issue if anything similar was ever to come back again.

"It would be great to see something similar for the community to come out and enjoy as more footfall in the village benefits everyone".

A big thank you to Pearse Óg and the girls for coming in to TOTAL RECOVERY! 🙌

The girls were absolutely brilliant, and a massive shout-out to the management as well. We loved having you all in and hope you enjoyed the recovery session! 🧊🔥

Just a quick note for anyone asking about under-16 bookings: all under-16 groups must book the wellness suite as a private session. This ensures the group has the full suite to themselves and that regular public sessions remain strictly 16+.

Thanks again to everyone at Pearse Óg — you’re welcome back anytime! 👏
