I'm heartbroken. Nancy has been a client from the start, and she was an absolute lady. She was so thoughtful and kind, always spoiling Olivia and asking about her every visit. Never forgetting a birthday or occasion. A creature of habit getting the same colour each time which we renamed "the Nancy colour".

Most of our chats were about what's for dinner, baking, keeping up to date with her social life or talking about her family who were her world. Rest easy Nancy. I'll miss you and our chats 💔
