We have made a few changes to our opening times…

Our new opening times are:
Monday & Tuesday - Closed
Wednesday - 9am-4pm
Thursday - 9am-4pm
Friday - 9am-4pm
Saturday - 9am-1.30pm
Sunday - Closed

✨ UPDATE ✨

With the restrictions lifting today we want to reassure all our customers that not much will be changing in the salon... We will still be sanitising and cleaning regularly and both myself and Charlotte have chosen to continue wearing our visors.

Although masks are no longer a requirement we do ask that customers still wear them where possible due to the salon being small. We understand we can’t enforce that, so are happy for it to be the customers choice.

I’ve tried to get in touch with as many of you as I can, if I’ve missed or not been able to get hold of anyone I am really sorry!

You can call to book once we’re open on Monday!
✨ To book with Karen call on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays
✨ To book with Charlotte call on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays

✨ UPDATE ✨

Following the confirmation from the government that we are allowed to open on the 12th April, we are now taking appointments!

I will begin calling people from tomorrow to get you all booked in. To make it fair I will start with the customers who missed their appointments first and go down the list that way.

If you haven’t heard from me by the end of the week, don’t hesitate to send us a message on Facebook or give the salon a call.

Myself and Charlotte will still be working separately to allow for social distancing and all our safety and cleaning measures will still be in place.

Following the announcement yesterday it looks as though we may be able to open on the 12th April!

We won’t be taking any appointments yet, just in case anything changes.

But, once we have a confirmed date nearer the time we will start to get in touch with you all to book you in.

Here we go again.. lockdown 3.0!

We will be temporarily closed with immediate effect, meaning all appointments are cancelled tomorrow.

We will be back open and taking bookings once the lockdown ends in February!

✨ Hello everyone! ✨

Can’t believe we’re having to write another post like this... as you all know we will be closed on Thursday 5th November and hopefully reopening on Thursday 3rd December.

For anyone who will miss their appointment due to the lockdown we will try our hardest to get you booked in when we reopen. All appointments already booked for December will still stand.

✨ Here’s what to expect at your appointment ✨

When you enter the salon we’ve got sanitiser available, we ask that you use this as soon as you come in.

We ask that you wear a mask or a face covering to your appointment. We have some disposable ones available for £1 if you don’t have one.

Myself and Charlotte will both be wearing PPE, we’ve got visors and aprons. Gloves will be worn where appropriate.

To keep within the social distancing guidelines we will only be allowing 2 clients in the salon at a time, which will be kept at a 2m distance. One chair/basin will be assigned to one customer and that will be the only places you sit during your appointment.

We will be sanitising all furniture, surfaces and equipment between each appointment. Everyone will get a clean gown (or a disposable gown) that will be used once and towels will be washed after every use, like we normally do. The only difference is we are now using single use disposable capes.

The waiting area is out of use and we ask that everyone doesn’t arrive early for their appointment. We aren’t accepting walk-ins, appointments only. We are only taking appointments over the phone, so give us a call if you wish to book.

We ask if you’ve experienced any symptoms or have been in contact with anyone with Covid-19 we ask that you do not come to your appointment and reschedule.

We can no longer have magazines or provide our usual refreshments. We are allowed to give you water in a paper cup only.

We will be taking cash on a tray, which we will sanitise before it goes into the till. We will then place any change on the tray and sanitise it before you take it.

We can’t wait to see you all and we hope you’re all looking forward to your appointments!
