Crossing our fingers for big changes in 2026!

One week til the big day, where I will be meeting a local charity to ask for help raising funds to change more children's lives with ticking stressful hair cuts off their list!

We have huge plans for BULLDOG & our SEN SALON, and hope to be installing 2 new STATE OF THE ART, SEN rooms this year! 🎊

With our special needs clientele ever growing, and a small part of me never expecting it to take off how it did, our current SEN room just isn't meeting the needs of our clients any more. 💔

Our main physical tool, aside from our unlimited patience and kindess, for getting hair cuts done, when so many other salon's just can't, is distraction and sensory distraction / entertainment, and unfortunately, with more and more children with higher needs and older ages coming through our doors, our current room just isn't cutting it anymore. 🥹

And we need YOU to help us get there!

We FINALLY have a meeting with a local charity on the 8th of April, (1 week away!) and desperately need supporting letters from clients, to help us convince them that we need the funding to be able to support our ever growing client base and the special needs community!

Our plans for the two new SEN rooms are as follows.

Room 1:

*An immersive light controlled, galaxy themed room. *Interactive fiber optics, wall panels.
*A digital neon blackboard for creativity.
*A remote controlled galaxy ceiling and bubble tube lamp with multiple colours & moods.
* A state of the art, touch activated, light and sound flooring.
* A touch activated plasma ball
*Beautiful space murals and sparkle flooring.

Still with the added bonus of the existing TV 📺 👌 😄

ROOM 2:

*A bright but still immersive and sensory, rainbow, puzzle themed room.
*Remote controlled interactive cloud ceiling.
*interactive, touch rainbow bubble wall panel.
*Mechanical rainbow, wooden wall panels with sensory interaction.
*Rainbow, fibre, optic bubble lights
*Rainbow, sensory, sequin touch panels.
*TV with multiple streaming channels. 📺

We know theres alot of hair bears 🐻 who will need their back to school / Easter break hair cuts. And...

WE ARE CLOSED ON EASTER WEEKEND!

(Good Friday - Easter Monday.)

We will open again on Tuesday the 7th of April for Easter break bookings.

Please also make the most of our free spaces this weekend, as it's the last 3 days before our price increase. 😬 🙏💰

We look forward to seeing you all book back in and appologise for the delay in bookings opening. Booking has returned to it's usual, "1 month in advance" status.

We have had a technical issue sending out the reminder via text and email for our bookings reopening. But they are open NOW!

BOOKINGS BEYOND MARCH 16th OPEN BACK UP TOMORROW! 🎉

Bookings made between the 9th and the 15th of March will display the new pricing, but appointments taking place, up to and including the 15th of March will still be charged at the current rate.

⚠️CANCELLATION POLICY!⚠️
Our cancellation Policy explained.

No payment will be taken upon booking. Only card details will be taken.

Payment can be made upon finishing the service via;

*Card payment
*Auto payment set up on booksy
*Cash

Cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will be chargeable at the full service amount. So please make sure you can 100% make your appointment before booking, especially if you are booking within hours before your appointment.

There are no exceptions to this. We do not engage in negotiations with clients over cancellation charges, via phone, any online platform, or in the Barbershop.

As unfortunate as any reasons may be, our staff having to choose what reason is valid or invalid is not a system that our business can operate by.

No shows, cancellations under 24 hours, late shows where the appointment service cannot be completed due to not having enough time and last minute rescheduling are classed as cancellations.

This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations.

The cancellation fee is only charged if the terms of the cancellation policy are violated. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, please contact us for a refund. We reccomend rescheduling instead of cancelling as the business is charged for cancellations. Also, refunds may take up to 7 days to reach your account.
