Katie is a proud mummy to two beautiful girls and her much-loved dog, Ronnie.

When she’s not welcoming our guests with a smile, you’ll find her singing her heart out, especially when it comes to opera, keeping active as a self-confessed fitness enthusiast , or creating stunning balloon displays on the side.

Calm, organised, and always on top of things, Katie is already helping to keep everything running smoothly and bringing her positive and calming energy to the team.
