So don’t worry I’m still Hairdressing but I’ve also been working hard the last few months putting my website together for my coaching business , I just wanted everything to be perfect before launching and it’s almost ready.

I’m going to use my personal page in a slightly different way now to represent what I am doing , my journey the things I’m passionate about and sharing content that I think will be helpful and of value .

Self development is my passion and I’ve studied it for 20 years finally passing my Life coaching qualification at the end of the summer last year after working hard on my course for the previous two years .

I am specialising in two areas that mean a lot to me and that I personally have a lot of experience with …

1) CONFIDENCE & SELF ESTEEM
( as these qualities effect every area of our lives , our inner world , relationships , work and the choices we make in life and thereby what we attract to us .
I was painfully shy as a child I know how lacking these qualities can really effect us and I know how much better we can feel and life can get when we do the inner work .
Our inner world creates our outer world .)

2) FERTILITY MINDSET SUPPORT
( the journey to having your first child , second child or even third child can be longer than hoped, lonely and can be all consuming.
It can feel like an emotional rollercoaster , I wish I had of had coaching a lot sooner than I did while I was going through my own unexplained secondary infertility journey and when I did it was a huge help to me emotionally and mentally.
Having someone there to speak to who is a qualified professional , who is totally removed from your life where you haven’t got to sensor what you say and who can help you understand and navigate difficult emotions is so valuable.)

The reason I love coaching so much is because it’s solution based therapy and it moves us forward in life sometimes past problems we thought we would never be able to get through .
It also helps us to understand ourselves on a much deeper level and we become a lot more self aware .
