I wish there was more awareness of this! (This isn’t a pity post but an awareness one!!)

Even the treatment plan isn’t nice….
Nasty medications with horrible side effects.
Endless needles.
Surgery either brain or spinal (in my case brain to stomach).

So…. Long post but please take the time to read and share!

Some of you may know, last year Cariad’s eldest daughter Brooke, who was 6 years old at the time, saw an advert on the tv about the homeless at Christmas, and it deeply upset her that they won’t have a bed, a Christmas tree, Christmas dinner or present from Santa.
We found a sponsored sleep out event put on by Guildford Action that was a week away and she jumped at the chance to take part! 🤩

She had to arrive early evening, and was out until 7am!!

She has decided that we are all doing it again, and being joined by her little sister Darcie! 🥰
We have got all the roll mats and sleeping bags out ready and waiting!

She has stated that she has a target amount of £500 that she wants to raise to help make a difference! 🤩

(The date for this event hasn’t been released as of yet but we decided to start the collecting for the fundraiser now to give her as much time as possible to hit her target!!) As soon as the date is announced we will let you know!

If anyone would like to help her and her little team reach their goal, and help two little ladies make a difference to someone who has nothing, please comment below and Cariad Honeyball will message you, or message her directly! Alternatively, we will have a collection pot running in the salon so you can donate and sponsor them while visiting us!

Let’s help a 7 year old and a 5 year old reach their collective goal and do something to help someone in need! Even £1 helps!! 💖
