Little update on Bob - he finally came home Wednesday after many set backs but is resting and healing well 😍

********REOPENING UPDATE***********

WE WILL BE REOPENING THE SALON ON MONDAY 14TH DECEMBER 2020

As most of you know Kath & Bob live about the salon and have done so for 40 years so the shop is very much part of their home.

Bob recently had an operation on his throat and will need to isolate once out of hospital along with Kath.

With their health & safety being priority we’ve made the decision to keep the salon closed. This will give give Kath & Bob the time they both need to isolate safely and adjust to their new way of life once Bob returns home.

Your stylist will get in touch with you to rearrange any appointments. Alternatively feel free to call then directly.

Please be patient when calling the salon over the next 2 weeks, your call may not be answered straight away but if you leave a message along with your contact details someone will get back to you.

I’d like to thank you all for your patient and consideration at this difficult time.

Again following government guidelines as of Thursday 5th November 2020 the salon will be closed for 4 weeks reopening on Thursday 3rd December 2020 🤞

All stylists will contact clients to rearrange any appointments booked during lockdown but please feel free to get in touch if needed.

We’d like to thank all our Customers for their patience, co-operation and loyalty over the past 4 months.

Well nearly 2 weeks back open and it’s been very different for all of us.

Firstly we wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to all our customers who are supporting the salon, following the guidelines and coming back to see us.

It’s been amazing seeing you all again and a pleasure transforming your lockdown locks ✂️

To keep you and ourselves safe we have strict guidelines to follow regarding the number of clients allowed in the salon at one time. Please try and keep to your allocated appointment time to avoid any overlapping.

At the moment your usual time slot may not be available so please bare with us as we are trying to accommodate customers who still haven’t been seen.

Hopefully over the next few months appointment times will become more flexible and regular weekly appointments will become available.

REOPENING

We aim to reopen the salon on Monday, the 6th of July 2020 under the governments strict guidelines.

Please be aware of the following changes

1. We will now be operating on a telephone appointment only basis. STRICTLY NO WALKINS

2. Our opening hours will be Monday to Saturday

3. Staff will be using full PPE equipment

4. All clients are required to wear a mask

5. You will now be required to ring a doorbell to enter the premises

6. The exit will be at the rear of the salon

7. Once you enter the salon you will be asked to sanitise your hands and wear your mask (if you don’t have a mask one will be provided)

8. You will be seen by your chosen stylist immediately there will be no waiting area

9. There will be only one client per stylist for the duration of your required treatment

10. We will now be taking card payments where possible please pay for your treatment by card cash will still be accepted

11. PLEASE NOTE - 20% increase on our price list

Please feel free to call now and book your appointments. Be aware that all stylists had to change their working hours to enable them to service as many of their clients as they possibly can in a safe environment.

When you call the salon you will be given your stylist telephone number to call to make a direct appointment with them. This is due to all stylist now having to manage their own diaries.

Please bear with us at this difficult time of uncertainty and change we have been working hard to ensure everything is in place to protect your safety as well as our own. We aim to work as hard as we can to make you all look and feel human again.
