Colour Appointment Prep Checklist!

To ensure the best possible results, please take note of the following before your appointment:

• A full consultation will be carried out prior to your service to discuss your hair goals, history, and expectations.
• An allergy patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment.
• A test strand (cutting) may be necessary to assess how your hair will lift and ensure we achieve your desired result safely.

What to bring with you:

• Snacks & water (especially for longer appointments)
• Something to keep you occupied – books, magazines, knitting/crochet
• Devices such as tablets for TV/films or games (Nintendo Switch, Gameboy if you’re that retro cool… we rate it 👀)
• Well-behaved dogs are always welcome 🐾

We’ve got you covered with complimentary hot & cold refreshments and free guest WiFi throughout your visit.

To keep your colour fresh for longer at home:

● Turn the heat down – lukewarm water helps prevent fading, especially the first few washes after your colour service!
● Use colour-safe products - we recommend ChromEgo Colour Care!
● Don’t overwash – 2–3 times a week is plenty
● Add a weekly nourishing or moisturizing mask for shine + strength
● ALWAYS use heat protection!
