A group of us are taking on a sponsored walk up snowdon in support of Men's Minds Matter.

We are doing this in honour of our friend Jon. As we climb together and watch the sunset, we’ll take time to reflect, be with our inner selves, and honour Jon’s memory.

This journey is about more than just the walk it’s about raising awareness and supporting a charity that helps people who are struggling with their mental health and need support most.
