🤍 A little booking reminder…

I just wanted to be transparent about “squeezing people in”. I know it’s always tempting to ask, but my booking system shows all of my available appointments, so if there’s nothing showing, unfortunately I genuinely don’t have the space.

I’m already working A LOT alongside having a toddler and a very hectic life, and if I’m honest, I’ve been pushing myself too far lately. I’ve been suffering with headaches, problems with my vision and generally not feeling great, and I don’t want to get to the point where my mental health or my time with my little one starts to suffer. 🤍

I will always squeeze people in when I genuinely can, but sometimes I simply can’t, and I’m learning that it’s okay to have that boundary.

Thank you for understanding and for keeping me so busy — I appreciate you all so much 🫶🏼
