The day was made even more special because it was also Margaret's wedding anniversary. 🥹❤️ How lovely to celebrate a lifetime of love while watching your granddaughter begin her own married life

Just a little heads up that I'll be away from Monday 27th July until Monday 10th August for a much-needed family holiday... and to celebrate my gorgeous wife turning the big 4️⃣0️⃣! 🥂🎉

Please, please bear with us when it comes to answering calls, messages and enquiries. ❤️

The reality is, most of us are fully booked most days and while we're making you all look fabulous, we're also trying to answer messages, sort bookings, do admin, order stock, clean, eat a biscuit and occasionally remember our own names. 🤣

We absolutely LOVE that you're keeping us so busy, and we promise we're not sat ignoring messages while sipping cocktails somewhere glamorous (although we'd love to be).

However, receiving multiple messages or angry follow-ups because we haven't replied within 5 minutes can be a little soul-destroying. 😅 If you've messaged us, we WILL get back to you as soon as humanly possible.

We're a small team of humans, not a 24-hour call centre, and sometimes we're literally elbow-deep in lashes, nails, brows, piercings, aesthetics, massage oil or trying to stop Sharrie from having a minor admin meltdown. 😂

Thank you for your patience, your loyalty and for keeping us so ridiculously busy. We appreciate every single one of you more than you'll ever know. ❤️
