1. Swap to something sulphate free like Daily Naturals hydrating shampoo it protects the tone and has built in heat protection so it’s doing two jobs at once

2. Heat can break down the hair and the tone underneath it if your using heat most days a heat defence needs to be part of your routine

3. If you like somewhere with hard water mineral buildup sits on the hair and pulls it warm even when your toner is fresh a clarifying shampoo can help to clear that build up
