A little behind the scenes from some team training this week.. 🫧
Now we have a bigger team in the salon, we’ve been making sure we take time to learn together, share the knowledge & keep our standards high across the salon 🙌🏻
This week was about our products, what we use, why we use it and what works best for each client! And we even squeezed in a wee colour demo!
Even though you mostly see my face on here 🤣 the salon is very much a team effort! ❤️
Im so grateful the team we’re building. Everyone brings their own personality and expertise into the salon. And most all doing our best for every client that sits on our chairs..
