❤️ What Healing Means to Me ❤️
Healing, to me, began the moment I stopped looking outside of myself for answers and started looking within.
There was a time when I felt lost. My life wasn’t where I wanted it to be, and my body reflected that. I lived with constant bloating, inflammation, headaches, and a deep feeling that there had to be more to life.
After returning from Thailand, where I trained in Thai massage, I began seeing a healer. Rather than only looking at my physical symptoms, she encouraged me to explore how I was feeling emotionally. Through that journey, I discovered a deep loneliness and realised I was ready to open my heart and share my life with someone.
As I continued healing, I uncovered food intolerances and began changing the way I nourished my body. I also recognised emotional patterns and behaviours that were no longer serving me. Healing meant learning to forgive—not only other people, but also myself.
I’m still on that journey today, and I always will be. Healing isn’t a destination; it’s more like peeling the layers of an onion. With each layer comes greater understanding, growth, and compassion. My goal isn’t perfection—it’s simply becoming the best version of myself.
This journey has transformed the way I work as a holistic massage therapist. My aim isn’t just to massage muscles; it’s to create a safe, nurturing space where my clients can breathe deeply, let go, and reconnect with themselves.
I truly believe that when we feel safe enough to slow down, healing can begin—not just in the body, but in the mind and soul too. ❤️

Let’s talk about your digestive system and your Lympahtic system connection 🙌
Did you know that around 70% of your immune system is associated with your gut? Your digestive and lymphatic systems work closely together to support your overall health and wellbeing.
Your digestive system breaks down food and absorbs nutrients that your body needs to function.
Your lymphatic system helps maintain fluid balance, supports your immune system, and absorbs dietary fats from your intestines through tiny lymphatic vessels called lacteals.
When your digestion isn’t working efficiently, it can leave you feeling bloated, sluggish, and uncomfortable. Supporting healthy digestion, staying hydrated, eating a balanced diet, moving your body regularly, and getting enough sleep can all help your body function at its best.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage helps encourage healthy lymph flow and when I work your deep Lympahtic system within your gut , flow is so much better and more movement and balance ❤️
Your body is beautifully connected. When you nurture one system, you’re always supporting another.
Listen to your body.
Nourish it with kindness.
Give it the care it deserves.

You didn’t go through cosmetic surgery to still feel unhappy with your body 🙏
Your surgery is only the beginning of your healing journey
Many people believe the operation is the final step, but what happens afterwards can make a huge difference to your recovery and your results.
After cosmetic surgery, it’s common to experience:
• Swelling
• Fluid retention
• Fibrosis (hardening of tissue)
• Tightness and discomfort
• Scar tissue
• Areas that feel lumpy or uneven
Without the right aftercare, these changes can take longer to settle and may affect how your final results look and feel.
💜 This is where I can help.
Using specialist post-operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), scar therapy, and tailored aftercare treatments, I support your body to heal naturally by:
❤️Reducing swelling
🙏Encouraging healthy lymphatic drainage
💕Helping soften fibrosis and scar tissue
🙏Improving comfort and mobility
❤️Supporting smoother, more even healing
❤️Helping you feel confident throughout your recovery
You invested in your surgery—now invest in your recovery too.
Your body deserves expert care every step of the way.

The Amazing Power of Appreciation
Did you know that taking just a few moments each day to appreciate the good in your life can have a positive effect on both your mind and your body?
When we spend our days rushing, worrying, or focusing on what’s going wrong, our bodies can remain in a state of stress. This may contribute to muscle tension, poor sleep, fatigue, and increased inflammation.
But appreciation changes things.
💜 When you intentionally focus on what you’re grateful for, your body can respond by:
🌿 Reducing stress hormones such as cortisol.
💜 Encouraging the release of “feel good” chemicals like dopamine and serotonin.
😌 Helping calm the nervous system.
❤️ Supporting heart health and lowering blood pressure.
🌙 Improving sleep quality.
🛡️ Supporting a healthier immune system.
😊 Boosting your overall mood and resilience.
Appreciation doesn’t have to be about big moments.
It can be as simple as:
✨ The warmth of your morning coffee.
✨ A hug from someone you love.
✨ The sunshine on your face.
✨ Your body carrying you through another day.
✨ A client who trusts you with their healing journey.
The more we notice the good, the more our minds begin to look for it. That doesn’t mean ignoring life’s challenges—it means giving your body and mind the opportunity to experience moments of peace, balance, and hope alongside them.
Tonight, before you go to bed, ask yourself:
What are three things I truly appreciate today?
You might be surprised how something so simple can begin to transform the way you feel.
💜 Healing isn’t just about what we do to the body. It’s also about how we care for the mind and nourish the heart.
What are you appreciating today? I’d love to hear in the comments. 👇

❤️A beautiful 6 weeks of connecting back to you again
From the outside, everything looks fine.
But something feels missing.
You can’t quite put your finger on it.
You just know life has become about getting through the week rather than truly enjoying it.
If you’ve been wondering whether there’s more to life than keeping all the plates spinning, this September could be your time.
❤️Choose you.

A Caesarean birth is major abdominal surgery, yet so many mums are expected to “bounce back” while caring for a newborn.
Your body has been through an incredible journey, and healing takes time.

💜 Helping to reduce tightness around the abdomen.
💜 Easing tension in the lower back, hips and shoulders from feeding and carrying your baby.
💜 Promoting relaxation and helping to calm the nervous system.
