This wonderfully relaxing seated therapy is an ancient form of massage that dates back many thousands of years. The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. Hopi Ear Candling, or Thermo Auricular Therapy as it is also known, can be used to treat many conditions of the ear, nose and throat area. It is a relaxing and non-invasive treatment. The candles are made from the finest premium quality ingredients sourced from certified organic producers. They are traditionally made using ancient Hopi Indian techniques using high quality pesticide-free untreated cotton, Pure Bee's Wax, Honey Extract, Pure Essential Oils and Premium Organic Linen. The candles are hollow which allows them to work by vapourising their ingredients once lit, causing convectional air flow towards the first chamber of the ear. The candle creates a mild suction which lets the vapours gently massage the eardrum and auditory canal.
