I've never wanted to fully create a cancellation policy as I find it awkward implementing it and appreciate that sometimes it can't be helped if an appointment is being cancelled or rearranged as there's not an alternative option for yourself. Unfortunately in June I had 9 last minute (within 24hrs) cancellations which all add up to a big chunk of my earnings not being made and with the kids and bills getting more expensive it becomes a worry. I would love to not have a cancellation policy but this is a business and my working hours are precious and limited.
So from now on my cancellation policy is:

Less than 12hours notice is 100%
Less than 24hours notice is 50%

I really appreciate all my clients and your continued support. Hope you can all understand as i would much rather charge for cancellations than put my prices up to cover it. 🖤
