Hi everyone I have just went through my mat pilates instructor qualification and I was wanting some feedback if my followers or anyone else such as ice skaters that would be interested in zoom pilates classes and/or in person pilates class based in drongan where the equipment would be provided! Classes would be once or twice per week, pricing to be confirmed when I know the venue pricing but thinking pay as you go but also monthly memberships.
Pilates is a great form of exercise which builds deep core strength, improves posture, enhances flexibility, and increases body awareness through low-impact, controlled movements which benefits any age group. As I am also a sport rehabilitator, if you have any injuries I will be able to adapt exercises and help with that too.
