💭 Throwing it back to my own little b**b monster and our feeding journey. What a journey it was! Filled with endless feeds, sleepy milk-drunk cuddles, moments of doubt, moments of pride, and a bond that I’ll cherish forever. Looking back now, those long days and nights feel like such a special chapter of our story. 💙

🐛🍎📚 Storybook Massage & Play – The Very Hungry Caterpillar 📚🍎🐛

What a wonderful session we had today exploring The Very Hungry Caterpillar! 💚

Our little caterpillars enjoyed a beautiful storybook massage journey, following along as the hungry caterpillar munched his way through all sorts of yummy treats. We then had lots of fun with our very own picnic, exploring the different foods from the story through play, touch and discovery. 🍓🧀🍐🍎🍰

There were plenty of smiles, giggles and magical moments shared between grown ups and little ones as we brought this much loved story to life. 🥰

Thank you to everyone who joined us today. Watching your babies engage with the story, massage and sensory play is always so special. 💕

✨ Week 2 of Baby Massage ✨

What a lovely couple of mornings spent with our gorgeous little ones and their grown-ups 💛

This week we learnt tummy massage techniques, helping to support digestion, ease discomfort, and provide another beautiful way to bond with baby through loving touch 🥰

We also got busy creating some very special keepsake crafts ready for Father’s Day. Tiny footprints and lots of precious memories were made today 💙

These moments are about so much more than massage, they’re about slowing down, making connections, creating memories, and celebrating the little things that make this stage of life so special ✨

I think it’s safe to say we’re very prepared for Father’s Day this year! ☺️

Thank you to everyone who joined us today & yesterday. Watching your confidence grow and seeing the bonds between you and your babies blossom is such a privilege 💕

✨📚 Our Storybook Massage & Play Sessions Have Begun! 📚✨

What a lovely morning we had at the start of our Storybook Massage journey today. 💛

It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces returning, welcome mums whose baby massage journey has come to an end but who wanted to continue making special memories with us, and of course lots of lovely new mums and little ones joining the Sweet Dreams family for the first time. 🥰

Today we enjoyed singing 5 Little Speckled Frogs 🐸, exploring toys, sharing smiles, and having a good old catch up together. Sometimes the simplest moments are the most special.

Most importantly, thanks to every single family who booked onto these sessions, our Storybook Massage classes have now covered our rent for July! 🎉

As a small business, that support means more than you know. Every booking, recommendation, share, and kind word helps us take another little step towards keeping our doors open and continuing to provide a warm, welcoming space for local families. 💕

What a lovely start to our new 5-week baby massage block 🤍

It was so lovely to meet all of our new families and welcome you into class. Thank you for choosing to spend part of your day with us I can’t wait to get to know you all over the coming weeks.

A little reminder for any parents who may be worrying about how their little one settled today… it’s completely normal if things didn’t go exactly to plan. Baby massage isn’t always sunshine and rainbows, and that’s absolutely okay! 🌈

For your baby, today was a lot to take in:
✨ A new room
✨ New faces
✨ New sounds
✨ New smells
✨ A completely new environment

Some babies sleep through it all, some are happy and content, and some may cry or seem unsettled. Every response is normal, and there is never any pressure for your baby to take part in every massage stroke. Sometimes simply cuddling, feeding, comforting, or watching is exactly what they need.

The classes are just as much about creating a relaxed and supportive space for you as they are about the massage itself. Please don’t ever worry if your little one needs extra cuddles during class, we’ve all been there! 🤍

I thoroughly enjoyed meeting every one of you today and I’m already looking forward to seeing you all next week.

Today and Tuesday we will be welcoming lots of lovely families to the start of our June Baby Massage term, and I can’t wait to meet you all! 💕

Whether you’re joining us for the very first time or returning for another term, a warm welcome awaits you and your little one.

This week we’ll be starting our journey together by learning gentle leg and foot massage techniques 👣. These soothing strokes can help your baby relax, support circulation, and provide a wonderful opportunity for bonding and connection.

There’s no pressure for babies to participate throughout the whole session, babies will always be babies! Feed, cuddle, change nappies, or simply sit and enjoy the company whenever you need to. 🤍

I’m so excited to spend the next few weeks with you, creating a calm and nurturing space for you and your little ones. All preparation messages have been sent out too ☺️
