✨ Important little update for my lovely clients ✨

I really hate having to do this, but unfortunately, due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, I’ve had to introduce a cancellation fee.

This is something I’ve never wanted to have to put in place, and I completely understand that sometimes things happen and appointments need to be cancelled.

However, when it happens at very short notice, I’m often unable to fill the appointment, which means I lose that time and income.
At the end of the day, this is my livelihood, and as much as I love what I do, I also have bills and a business to run. ❤️

So going forward, a cancellation fee will apply to last-minute cancellations and no-shows. I’ll always try to be as understanding as possible when genuine emergencies happen.

I hope you can all understand why I’ve had to make this change, and I really do appreciate your continued support, understanding and respect for my time. 🥰
