I'm just posting a little update on cancellation/no show policies. Fresha will tell you all this before booking with me but I just want to make sure that the policy is clear for everyone and what it means.

✨️If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours then you will be charged 50% of the service✨️

💥if you don't show up to your appointment or you are 30 minutes late then you will be charged 100% of the service💥

I understand life can get in the way and things can happen so getting your hair done won't be a priority, so please just get in contact with me. I can reschedule appointments that suit you best.
