Not a post I wanted to make so close to Christmas, but it needs to be said.

As we head into the busiest time of the year for the beauty industry, I need to make one thing very clear: any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will require the remaining balance of your appointment to be paid in full.

I will no longer be accepting future bookings from anyone with an outstanding balance until this is settled.

This is my only source of income, and as a mum of two young children, last-minute cancellations have a real impact on my ability to provide for them. Today alone, I had two last-minute cancellations—leaving me £70 out of pocket.

Going forward, I will be enforcing my booking fee and cancellation policies much more strictly. Unfortunately, this cannot continue.
