Just a wee reminder of our cancellation/no show policy. Any appointments cancelled under 24 hours will still be charged the full amount of the appointment.

We’ve had a big issue with no shows this week, as well as some unfortunate illnesses, which has resulted in a loss of well over £250 this week alone.

We fully understand life happens and we do sympathise, but please understand the fees must be paid as we can’t afford to continue taking the hit

Failure to pay the fee will result in you being unable to book back in with us.
