Exfoliating 1 or 2 times per week not only softens and smooths the skin but maximises the benefits of your other products like your body butters and oils?
If we moisturise our skin but never exfoliate, our moisturiser is sitting on dead dying skin cells, this means we arenāt getting the most from our moisturiser and we will be using lots more product than we really need.
By adding a simple exfoliation into our regime once or twice per week we will notice our skin is smoother, fresher and more radiant. Our skin will absorb our moisturisers and treatments better meaning we will see the maximum benefit from those too.
