A busy Tuesday across both clinics today, 85 patients booked today!

In Monkstown, Letitia, Katie and Neil are kicking things off this morning, and we’re very happy to welcome our manager Christina back from maternity leave today! It’s so lovely to have her back.

Stephen and Erin are in tonight with Theresa on reception, keeping the clinic going into the evening.

Over in Carrick, Aimee is on reception with Hannah, David and Bernie from Envi Clinic all busy with patients.

And behind the scenes, Jade is at home holding down the fort and keeping our phones answered and diary organised!

Lots of moving parts, lots of patients and a brilliant team keeping it all going.

Here’s to a busy one!

Not all carbohydrates are created equal.

Carbs are essential for energy, but the type and quality you choose can impact everything from energy levels to overall health.

⚡ Refined carbs (low in fibre) can lead to quick spikes in blood sugar

🔋Whole carbs (high in fibre) provide more stable, sustained energy

It’s not about cutting carbs it’s about making smarter choices.

Small, consistent changes can make a big difference.
