📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE

This is a gentle reminder to any clients who may have an outstanding balance from their recent appointment.

All stylists working within the salon are self-employed, which means we rely on every payment to cover our own products, tools, rent and bills. When payments are missed or delayed, it directly impacts our ability to work and continue providing a service.

We kindly ask that any unpaid balances are settled as soon as possible. If you are currently unable to make payment or are struggling, please contact the stylist who carried out your service — we are always happy to discuss this privately and discreetly.

Just to let everyone know we’ve updated our salon software to ‘Square Up’ and notifications, emails etc will be coming from it now.
If people need to cancel or adjust appointments and can’t do so through square up please contact us via Facebook or 07927527445 and we’ll be happy to help.

From June 1st we will be no longer offering card payment facilities due to the ever increasing card transaction fees. Bank transfer will be accepted too. There is a cash machine in the Spar downstairs.

Just to remind everyone we have a 24 hour cancellation policy and any no shows or cancellations within that time frame will be charged 50% off your treatment cost and you will be unable to rebook until that has been paid.
