When I say to people that I'm a Sports Massage Therapist, they think this is the only type of massage I do!
Whilst that's not quite true, it does make up a fair few of the clients that I currently see as they train regularly.
If you've recently felt sore or achy for longer than 36 to 48hrs post exercise maybe give some thought towards if a post event/training massage can help.
