We just wanted to pop a little update on here 💛

We’ve recently had a few late cancellations and no-shows, which as a small business really does have a big impact on us. We completely understand that life happens and things can creep up on us! And we are always as flexible and understanding as possible.

That said, to help keep things running smoothly, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments changed with less than 24 hours notice will require a 50% fee, and missed appointments will be charged in full.
