✅ FACT: It all depends on where you are in your tanning journey!

At Salon Soleil, we usually recommend starting on our stand-up beds with lower, more frequent sessions to build a strong, even base tan.

Why do we recommend this?
- Even all over coverage.
- Helps build your tan gradually and safely.
- It’s easier to do lower mins standing as it can feel like a chore.

Once you’ve developed a base tan, our team can advise whether it’s time to introduce a lie down bed to help elevate your results and target specific areas. Over all we encourage you to alternate between the two.
