We visited this beautiful café—a true gathering place for the community. People knew each other by name. The walls were filled with lovely slogans, and one stood out especially:
‘Together is a wonderful place to be.’
It’s a reminder to work together, to share joys and dreams, tears and challenges. Life is so much healthier when we build together. Here’s to a joint effort in 2026!” 🥳

I had one of those “you know better than this” moments the other day 😅
Cutting a pineapple, knife facing the wrong way… it slipped, and I cut my finger.
What really stood out to me was the difference this time.
A while back, I had a similar cut. It took over a week to heal and stayed sore for days. Eventually I used a glutathione patch, and I remember how the pain eased and healing finally seemed to move forward.
This time, I put the glutathione patch on straight away.
Within two days, the wound had closed, there was no pain, and it’s still healing beautifully.
Nothing dramatic. Just my body doing what it’s designed to do — with the right support.
P.S. The cut may look tiny, but it went deep and the pain was very real. It was also in an awkward spot, and when hands are constantly getting wet, healing usually takes longer.
It was a simple reminder for me:
As we get older, wound healing can take longer — but when the body has what it needs, healing doesn’t have to be a struggle.💛

I’m curious…

Which choices are keeping you where you don’t want to be, and which choice—made daily—will help you step into the life you’re meant to live?
An invitation you don’t want to miss out on! 😀

One of my favourite things to give at Christmas is plants or flower arrangements. I used to love watching my mum create beautiful arrangements for friends and family — I can still remember the smell of that “fake snow spray”!
What about you… what’s your favourite gift to give?

Can I encourage you to eat more…
🥬 dark leafy greens (like spinach, kale or chard)
Not because they’re trendy—but because they offer great nutritional return for very little downside.
Why they earn to be hi-lighted?
