.health was such a lucky addition to the retreat. She talked us through everything she had put into each recipe..every herb and homegrown ingredient.. soooo yummy.. and was an utter delight.. as was everything she put on our plates! 🙏💕

I offer 1 on 1 Reiki in my therapy room in Chacombe. Your body knows how to heal itself. Reiki just helps it along the way. I am merely there to facilitate and hold space. 💕
Also I offer Reiki attunements for Reiki 1 and 2 for small groups.
